Services

Thrive Mobile Wellness provides elective wellness IV therapy and injection services administered by licensed medical professionals under medical oversight. Services are not a substitute for primary medical care.

Eligibility

Clients must complete a health screening and be approved by a nurse before treatment. Thrive reserves the right to decline service if treatment is not clinically appropriate.

Payments

Payment is due at time of service. All listed prices include applicable sales tax. Gratuities are not expected or accepted.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Medical Responsibility

Clients agree to provide accurate health information and understand that results vary. Thrive Mobile Wellness is not responsible for outcomes related to withheld or inaccurate information.
